What documents do I need to rent a car?

You’ll need a valid passport, driver’s license (held for a minimum of 2 years), and a credit card in your name for the security deposit. International drivers may need an International Driving Permit (IDP).

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes. Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup are free. Modifications can be made online or by contacting our support team.

Is there a minimum rental period?

No. We offer rentals from 24 hours to several months. Book according to your needs.

Can I pick up at one location and return at another?

Absolutely. This is one of our core services. Simply specify your return location during booking. A small inter-location fee may apply.

Vehicle & Insurance

What’s included in the rental price?

Your rental includes unlimited mileage, basic insurance, 24/7 roadside assistance, and GPS navigation. Additional services can be added during booking.

What insurance options are available?

We offer Basic Liability, Standard Coverage, and Full Comprehensive Protection. Each tier provides different levels of damage coverage and deductibles.

Can I add an extra driver?

Yes. Additional drivers can be added during booking or at pickup for a small daily fee.

What’s the fuel policy?

You can either prepay for fuel at a discounted rate or return the vehicle with a full tank. Choose the option that works best for you.

Travel & Support

What if I have an accident?

Contact our 24/7 emergency line immediately. We’ll guide you through reporting, documentation, and next steps. Depending on your insurance level, we’ll handle the rest.

Is roadside assistance really 24/7?

Yes. Whether it’s a flat tire, mechanical issue, or lockout, our support team is available anytime, anywhere across Europe.

Can I extend my rental?

Of course. Extensions can be arranged online or by calling us. Subject to availability and updated pricing.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges. Check your confirmation email for specific terms.

Age & Eligibility

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Drivers must be at least 21 years old (25 for premium vehicle categories). A young driver fee applies for drivers under 25.

Can seniors rent vehicles?

Of course. There’s no maximum age requirement. We welcome experienced drivers of all ages.
